Does anyone else have trouble with the nfl mobile app from verizon?

I'm currently running 10.0.10536.1004 and every time I try and open the app it takes forever to open. The screen will time out before it opens so I have to keep touching the screen to make sure it opens. If I let the screen go black the app crashes and I have to reopen it. And if I try to navigate away while it's trying to load it stays up and won't let me leave for several seconds.

It does that exact same thing on every phone we have. Opens, then immediately shuts down.
