    Hi and welcome to WindowsCentral.

    Unfortunately, no extensions are available for Edge yet. That includes adblock.

    You'll need to modify the hosts file if you want to block ads on Edge or use adblock in a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome.

    You can of course still run IE 11 on Windows 10, just type "Internet Explorer" into the search bar on the start menu. You can add Ad-Block there.

    But as Laura says, host file modification is more effective as it is system-wide, so Edge and other browsers would all be protected. See for example Blocking Unwanted Connections with a Hosts File.
