What is the weather app that has the text on the tile that say umbrella not needed today?

I once had at least two apps that had that feature, too bad some of them no longer seems to work (no update released in years).

    1. Breez (doesn't work anymore, uninstalled).
    2. Blue Skies (by Rohit Rajendran, feature is paid) - I think this was the app you're looking for, but after an update it no longer tells the user to bring sunglasses or an umbrella depending on the weather (I'm sure it used to do this).
    3. Umbrella? (by Rabia Javed, but also doesn't work).

Not sure if such an app still exists now.

Do you happen to know of a good calendar app to use as a live tile?

I haven't tried any other calendar app that has good live tile presentation, since those apps are paid (last time I checked) don't have a trial option. In addition to that, the last time I tried using a calendar app, it messed with my Microsoft Calendar account. So I've used the default Outlook Calendar app since then, and the live tile is sufficient for my needs - I don't intend to read all my appointments for the day in a small tile anyway.
