Suggest me some apps

Hello everyone! I need some app suggestions for the following. I'm on WP8.1.
Oh, and the apps need to be free - can't buy from the store. Ads are? well they are not fine, but I'll take 'em if there's no other choice.

1. Picture Editor : It should be able to crop and resize photos using custom values. The default app only allows me to crop a 16:9 part out of a landscape photo, but I can't crop out a 9:16 section (How stupid is that?). And while it has a custom ratio option in crop, you can't actually enter the dimensions, you resize the crop area by dragging it.
2. Tile Editor : I pin a lot of sites to Start Screen, or at least I would, but the tile only shows a screenshot of the upper part of the webpage, which comes out to be garbage most of the time. So I need an app that lets me assign custom pictures/colors/texts to those tiles.
3. Step Counter : I use the Fitbit app, but it's unreliable. Sometimes the live tile stops updating and the background sync stops working periodically. I need an app which just shows steps taken on it's live tile. I don't care if it syncs to some online server or not, I've got Fitbit for that.

p.s. This may sound a bit weird, but it would be great if someone can suggest any good app that starts with J or K. I'd like to fill my all apps list. Right now, it looks like this:

Tile Creator is W10 only and Start Designer only creates backgrounds for start screen, so neither of them works for me.

It doesn't seem like this app can use motion data from my phone, but I'll give it a try tomorrow anyway.
