I have a Lumia 640 with latest build available. I have been trying to use my microSD card in exFAT, although it is only 16 GB, but for what I've searched exFAT is better for flash memory. The problem is that although Photos app can see all the pictures and v?deos, and make a thumbnail out of them, WhatsApp can't make v?deo thumbnails... They all appear in gray, with the play symbol on top of them. I can open the v?deo, edit, send, but there's no thumbnail associated with it, so I can't see which one I'm choosing. I've even tried hard reset, also formating the card (in exFAT on my computer) and WhatsApp still makes thumbnails out of pictures, but not v?deos. If I format my card in FAT32, no problems.
Does anyone know whats the issue, or have been through this problem?
The card is a Kingston MicroSD HC Class 10.
