Why do i not getting the latest Mail & Calendar update?

I am running Windows (mobile/desktop) in slow insiders ring. Is that the reason I'm not getting the latest Mail & Calendar app? (the one with profile pictures in the list)

have you been checking store app for updates?

Are you receiving app updates for other system apps like people, calculator etc?
