Will CShell replace the current, legacy & interactive OS objects to bring consistency in Windows10?

Do you think that CShell will replace the interactive OS objects like the Cursor Carets, Scroll Bars and even the On-Screen Touch keyboard, to be singular across modes and devices for consistency?

With the Creators Update we're seeing brand new Scroll Bars for instance, that adapt between Touch and Desktop modes.

The current Touch Cursor Caret and Text-Selectors for PC, Tablets & Mobile, are inconsistently different between apps and OS. Each app's Cursor Caret and Text-Selectors are all different shapes, colours and sizes. And each different one varies on difficulty of use (in OneNote for example, it's so small it's impossible to use). Could CShell replace all these Cursor Carets with just one, singular, easy-to-use Cursor Caret & Text-Selector OS wide for Desktop, Tablet and Mobile?

Also the Touch Word-Flow Keyboard. Would CShell replace the 3 different Touch Keyboards for Desktop, Tablets and Mobile, and just have the one Touch Keyboard that adapts to those Modes and Screen Sizes in realtime?

Thanks

Does anyone else think the text selectors (text selection) is poor and inconsistent? Or is it just me? Trying to select the Cursor Caret in OneNote especially is so difficult. It's infuriating as it's the most used on-screen object and it's the worst feature of the entire app. And nobody seems to be complaining?
