Kinda' like a Launcher App?

Hey Dan! Have a question for you and the Crew... do you know of any app for Windows 10 that acts like a a "launcher?" Here's what I'm hoping for, an app (launcher or dashboard type) that I can designate 4 or 3 apps to launch simultaneously and dock the windowed apps to specific areas and sizes on my monitors, e.g., Outlook, ToDoist!, browser, Word, etc.?

OK, didn't want to, but I think the only way to go about this will be to create a "Batch" file for the apps/programs I want to run at the same time. My only thing is how I'm going to get them positioned the way I want them between my two monitors.

OK, I think I may have found a simple solution?! MailBird... yep! Let's me see all of my email accounts in one view, can see my Outlook Calendar, Todist, Whatsapp, Twitter, Slack all in ONE window. I'm liking this so far, I think this just might be what I was looking for.
