I was thinking about the apparent upcoming death of Windows Mobile. Windows Mobile is a version of Windows 10 that only runs UWP apps and has telephony. The new Windows 10 Cloud apparently only runs UWP apps, but if it had an added telephony stack then isn't this the same as Windows Mobile? It might be a truer version of Windows 10 that is based on the latest revisions to OneCore. If this is possible then could it be as simple as adding telephony and shrinking the form factor of something equivalent to the Surface RT and you've got yourself a Surface Mobile?
