    I think either one is an uphill battle right now. The tablet king is the iPad, while the smartphone market belongs to Android.

    without any plan for app, MS cannot compete with ios or android. Despite what editors and unicorn beliewers of WC say, MS has clearly given up on UWP and not doing much in PWA space.

    As said, they can't compete in either market right now. Knowing MS though, they'll release Andromeda after all as a way to easily compete in both markets.
