How do you change the windows phone Bluetooth name in settings?
I can't find any options for that.

It goes off the name given to your phone, which can either be changed in Windows 8's phone app, or Windows/File Explorer - plug your phone in and open up My Computer, right click on your phone and hit properties. You can rename it there - and (in Windows 8 at least) it shows you the current firmware and power source.

I was able to rename the phone but I think MS should include that option so we won't have to use a PC for this.

Agreed. I had the same issue as you until I did a bit of digging and found the above solution.

It's the same as your phone's name. Your Internet Sharing name is defined by you, and is not shared with your phone name.
