LUMIA 630 installing local apps

So here's the thing, i just bought the lumia 630 a week ago had fun downloading apps on the app store and such. Then i tried downloading .xap files on the computer since downloading from a wired line is faster than through wifi. I've seen tutorials on how to install them then i got stuck cause when i go to the store app and choose more (aka "..." the three dots on the bottom right corner) and to no avail i could not find the "Install local app" option it only has :
~My apps
~downloads
~settings

and that's in order of the appearance . . . Anyone knows how to fix this? or is there an alternative way of installing xap files on the L630? HELP please T_T

Unless it has changed in the new Store, which I have no idea if it did, I know in WP8.0, after a unknown period of time, a new option "SD card" would appear at the bottom of the categories or something.

but since the redesign, I'm not sure. Perhaps look around, up, down tomorrow?

Did you save the XAP to the SD card. It doesn't work if you save it to your phone.
