What lumia should I get?

So I have a 900 right now and want to upgrade it. I know about the phones but idk what to get. I was thinking about the 930 but I dont know when its gonna come out, and if it does, if it's coming out for at&t. Im thinking the best one is the 1520,but a little too big and expensive for me. I would rather have to send under $200. So what should I get? 925?920?1020? Thanks (im not too big on pictures, but yeah. I want WP8/8.1, stuff like that)

Hey why not go to at&t store test one of them. I will suggest you Lumia 920 because it has wireless charging , 32GB on board memory and pure view camera. Windows phone 8.1 works just fine on it (Lumia cyan update should fix most of the issues ). If you are completely into photography Lumia 1020 isn't bad either. 1020 is made for shooting images. If you want a light weight aluminium body phone ,Lumia 925 is for you but then you have to compromise with 16GB on board storage , and no wireless charging (you can add it via shell but that ruins the beauty of the phone )
