how do you keep 521 on when in charger?

Hello All,

Is it possible to have two different time out settings for the lock screen, one for when on a charger and one when on battery? I'm upgrading from a 6.5 windows mobile and still trying to work things out.

The short answer is no

Yea WP is quite a different beast than WM of old.

No, you can't. There's only one setting.
Upgrading from WM6.5? Wow, you've been a holdout for a long time! I turned in my Touch Pro II in 2011! I would have done so sooner had Verizon and Microsoft gotten together sooner with the Trophy. I hope you end up as happy with WP as I have been.

Thanks for the responses. Yes WM8 is completely different to 6.5. To be honest I would still be with my old HTC HD Mini if I didn't need WiFi calling.

I had my old phone for about 6 or 7 years, but it did every thing that I needed it too and I understood exactly how it worked. Or maybe I just had it for so long that I had adapted to the phone.
