first i was reset my nokia lumia 620 after dont on my phone only two circuil are circular. why? pls give me my que answer please?

Hmm. Doing my best to understand the situation. It sounds like you reset the phone. And now it appears it won't turn on and there are two circles on the screen spinning? I'm guessing you see the spinning gears on the screen. It means the phone is in the process of resetting from what I understand. Let it continue to do this until the phone finally completes the process. This process could take anywhere between 15 minutes to an 1 hour.
