Why WiFi connection didnt connect in first attempt...

Hi All,

this problem always occurs to me, whenever i wants to connect with WiFi or Data connection, it never get connected in 1st attempt, every time t needs to disconnect the WiFi and then needs to re-connect...

some times i need to do this practice several times, by the way i'm using Lumia 720.
