Is there a application like itunes(downloading and keeping your games and etc) for vista ? and why ı cant see my games when ı connect my lumia 1320 to pc ? (my games in my sd card and ı am going to change my sd card so ı dont want to reinstall them can ı just load them into pc and than load them in my new sd ?

Any downloads installed on the SD card from the Windows phone store are encrypted and hidden.
As far as I know the safest thing to do is move all to the phone if possible then move back to the new card.
