Why is the line going dead when I try to contact T-Mobile?

T-Mobile contact problem

I have a c1-01 cellphone. I am trying to add minutes but when I dial you toll free number 1 866 252 6654 it rings once then the line goes dead.

You would probably need to contact Nokia or your carrier for support. That is a feature phone, not a Windows Phone and not even a smartphone. Feature phones are not really something of expertise to us here at WPCentral.

Can you dial 611 from your phone and choose add minutes from the choices that you will be given?
If you hang on the line a T-Mobile support agent will answer eventually.
