"Other" is there any possible way?

Hello, I am annoyed with the "Other" file which keep eating my space and now has reach 17GB and I only left 175mb space left.Is there any way to delete those 17GB files or is it unfixable?

Wow. What phone are you using? 17GB? That is impossible. Lol

Anyhow there is a way on WP 8.1 to connect to your PC to fix your issue.
