I have two Nokia Lumia 520 phones, and each is registered to a different Microsoft account.
When I try to find either of my phones it says they are not found but they will keep looking and send me an e-mail when they do find it. They never do find it. I have a good cell and Wi-Fi connections.
Location is on, and when I tell them to ring my phone it rings although it says they can't find my phone right now and will try to ring it later.
Any ideas?

It worked previously just fine so it must be supported here. When I bought the second phone I cleared all my information off the original phone, and then re-registered the Microsoft account in my wife's name, and then used my Microsoft credentials to set up the new phone, and now I can't find either phone when searching.
Well today the find my phone service worked so I guess it was the service that was not working. All good now.
