Which is the best weather app which has good live tile too???

I use prognoza because it's simple and minimalist UI , transparent live tile for windows phone 8.1

That's a bit like asking "what's the best ball of string"...

There are many and varied Weather apps on Windows Phone (almost as many as there are Candy Crush clones).

Take a search of the WPCentral site where the staff have looked over various apps in the past.

Thankfully, many of the apps have trial modes so that you're able to assess whether you like the look/accuracy of them.

I'm bouncing between Atmosphere Weather and the Beta test of Weathr lately. The live tiles are similar for both.

My favorite overall is still Weatherbug, mainly because the radar data is animated. The two I mentioned above haven't implemented animated radars (yet).

I use vieather. Works fine for me and looks simple and beautiful. It does supports transparent tiles.

I use accuweather, it has amazing accuracy and a lot of detail. The app design could use some work, however.

Loved Accuweather until it started asking me to rate the app every time I opened it up...nothing would stop it...rating it or not, uninstall/reinstall, soft or hard reset. I rated it 1 star and moved to Weatherbug, and (now that it's got animated radar) Weathr Beta is my main.
