Install local apps from SDcard problem

Today im facing a big problem.I downloaded some .xap files from wpstore by UCbrowser. But I can't find those those apps in my SDcard to install. Still yesterday I installed somany apps in this way. But now I can't. I'm using WP8.1 dev.preview. I need a solution guys. Help mee out please

You need to go into the Store app to do it. And I think there's a limit as to how many can actually be installed this way. Also, if said apps are no longer published, then they will refuse to install.

Till yesterday in my store there is 'Istall Local apps' option. But from today its disappear.
