Internet Sharing not working correctly

Hello all

The internet sharing on my Nokia Lumia 625 with Windows Phone 8.1 does not work correctly.
On my Windows 7 PC when I connect it shows "Limited Acess".
What should I do?

The problem lies with my phone, not the PC (or my PC is somehow incompatible with Windows Phone) since my friend's Android phone's wi-fi hotspot works.
I have tried changing access points.
I have enabled the FIPS setting.
This problem existed since 8.0
I did reset my phone.

I know my internet provider allows it because I remember using Internet Sharing before.

Do any of you have a solution?

The problem does seem to come from my PC because the internet sharing does work when I connect my Android tablet to my Windows Phone.

Limited access = no sufficient internet.

My internet connection on my phone works. I still have at least 250 MB to use.

Go to settings then data sense to make sure it isn't turned on. Hope it helps
