camera problem in windows 720

As i read someone telling that if we downgrade our phone to windows 8 frm widows 8.1
the camera will work properly i did it but it is not so wat would be the problem
im able to take in pictures in rear camera but when im switching over to front its automatically getting closed

Has your front-facing camera ever worked properly?

If you are still having issues after downgrading and doing a hard reset, you might want to return the device for warranty repair.
