Well Ive had this problem too, if you want to try something new try the Facebook Beta app by Microsoft. It is very beautiful. Don't know if this helps but good luck!

Yeah not sure what the issue is, could be some weird bug hidden deep within your phone!

I'm almost certain he means "picture comments," as in, a comment on a status or photo containing a picture, not commenting on a picture itself. Neither peoples hub nor FB beta offers this, which is quite astounding really.

If he actually means commenting on a photo, then there might be something weird going on

The hub nor the beta supports that then. Just like the dragons in Game of Thrones, it's been "coming" for ages but has never shown.
