I cannot find Cortana for windows phone.

I recently updated my nokia lumia 720 to Windows phone 8.1 software. But I cannot able to find Cortana for windows phone 8.1. All other apps are working good. Plz give suitable suggestions to me.

Where are you located? Cortana is only available in the US at the moment.
