For Lumia 520 are they going fix the wp 8.1 to make cyan available for download plus official 8.1 ?

Yes Microsoft id working on a fix. Once cyan is available in your country , you will be able to download and install it on your lumia 520. Second option is to downgrade your device to windows phone 8.0 via nokia recovery tool and wait for cyan/windows phone 8.1 update.

It's all upto you. I have downgraded my device and waiting for the update

Thx maybe I will wait for the fix if cyan comes out before the fix of the preview I will downgrade then If the fix comes I will update whit preview thanks for the help have a nice day
