Lumia Icon Purple Screen Tint

I just got my Lumia Icon today from Verizon. An odd thing is happening: when I view a white screen (built-in mail), there's a definite purple/magenta hue to the screen. When I turn the phone and view it from the side or top/bottom, the tint isn't viewable... This makes me feel like it's a hardware issue and not software?

Anyone else have issues with this? Do I need to send it back to Verizon?

Are you able to adjust the colour settings, or does that not seem the appropriate fix? Is it what they're talking about here?

I took this in to a Verizon store the day I received it, and it was replaced immediately. I was told this was a recent "common issue" and my guess is it's a defect in the supply chain and a bad batch of screens were sent out. If you have a purple screen (not the purple tint adjustable in color settings), get it replaced before your first 14 days are up!
