Windows 8.1 update connecting to att microcell

I cannot find where to connect my lumia 1520 to my microcell. I had it connected with the developer preview but am at a loss to where to connect it again,

try soft reset of phone.
hold volume down and power buttons until
phone vibrates. release buttons and let phone reboot.
also, make sure your number is okay'd to access the microcell.

I reread the OP.
there is no setting on the phone to connect to the microcell.
it's automatic if you you've set it up via myatt.

Yea I tried that but it did not connect. I had it connected with 8.1 preview for developers. It had an option to connect to the microcell, if I remember correctly. Now that I am on the official one I cannot connect.
