Getting Error(8018830f) while updating CYAN in 625

Hello Experts

while updating 625 to cyan i m getting error code 8018830f.

Following troubleshooting has been done:
1.Free Memory space has been checked and is about 4 GB free.
2.Soft reset has been given.
3.restore factory setting has been done.

But still not able to update. please help to resolve.

Hello, your L625 have the WP8.1 DP or it's still on WP8? If your L625 is in DP version, you may want to downgrade your L625 to normal WP8, because some there is some problems with DP version and Cyan firmware and for that MS halt the Cyan update for DP users.

Also you can try to update with the wall charger connected to your phone, i had that weird problem before with a L520 refusing to update and connecting it to the charger solve the problem.

If anything else fails, you can try with the Nokia Software Recovery Tool as a last measure to fix anything wrong with your phone and then install the update properly. Note that using that Nokia recovery software can erase your data, so make sure to backup as you can.
