BT Headset Recommendation?

I'd like to tap into the experience of the community here and get your recommendation on a new bluetooth headset. I currently use a Plantronics M155 with my Lumia 925, but half the time when I'm in my car (moving or not), my phone can't understand me through my headset. I need something with good noise cancellation that also works well with WP8/8.1.

I use an older Sony HB V708/5's(I think). Had them many years and they work ok. However, been failing of recent with the update to 8.1 so was looking to a new model. Hopefully this thread will get some traction.
