"Resuming..." delay... after WP8.1 Update 1

I "successfully" updated to WP8.1 Update 1 yesterday, but since then I have noticed that almost every time I unlock the phone using the middle button, I get a message saying "Resuming..." for sometime between 1-5 seconds, depending on how long the screen has been locked, before the lock screen appears. If I lock the screen and then quickly unlock it, then it goes straight to the lock screen without this "Resuming..." message.

I have tried doing a soft reset twice, but I really hope that I don't have to do a hard reset. I haven't notice any other problems.

Has anyone else had similar problems since the update, or any other times....?

Have you had installed the live screen beta?

Yes, but I uninstalled it when it prompted

I'm sure I read a fix for this is to remove the Cortana tile from the start screen, think it was on wmpoweruser. Just checked and it is, it lessens it anyway, only got three posts so can't insert link...

Found a fix in another thread... and it has worked

*Turn on Kids Corner
*It then asks you to turn off the Live Lock Screen (so it must have still been on, even after being uninstalled)
*Turn off Kids Corner

thanks man. it worked. it was running live lock screen even though i uninstalled it!
