Lumia 925 Won't Power On

Hey guys, needing some help. My Nokia Lumia 925 wont power on. I connect it to the charger and the start icon is lit up and stays lit, no flashing or anything. I looked around and i've seen that by soft resetting or even hard resetting it it should fix it. However this hasn't helped at all. No reaction from the phone at all. I've also tried to connect it to my computer to try the Nokia Software Recovery Tool, but it doesn't connect to the PC either and no change on the phone at all.

Side note: It was dropped in water for about two seconds, but i have let it all dry first. Could this be the problem?

Yes, water is probably the problem, try to let it dry out more. Then try soft reset again to check if it is solved.

There is a known problem with the 925. To enable power on, hold down the "down volume" control and at the same time press the power on key for up to 30secs until the phone vibrates. It will then power up but battery will probably be v.low as it wont have charged while in this power off state.
