Any app that can open http video stream?

Hi!
I am looking for an app that can open http video stream. VLC can do it, but it is not available for windows phone yet.

Here's the deal: i have web TV on my PC. I want to watch it on my lumia while i'm out of home. So i'm setting VLC to stream to http and i'm able to watch this stream with another device running VLC. It works with another PC or tablet or android phone. But i want it on my lumia!

I use "dream web tv", this is a app for enigma2 based satellite receivers. It is able to receive a stream from PC running vlc so I can watch live tv (streamed from receiver to vlc and transcoded by vlc) and also recordings made by the receiver. But I do not know if the streaming part can be used without the connection to a enigma based receiver. There is a trial version available, so you can check it

I tried it, but it does not work without the dreambox. Thanx anyway

Update: The app "dream web tv" is now able to stream directly from enigma based receivers and can also be used to receive transcoded streams from your receiver, if it support this feature.
The Developer released a nee version with new features and new design.
