updated 720 to WP8.1-device won't turn on-what to do?

Today I was updating my 720 to 8.1. The software was downloaded and it was restarting but its not turning on.. I have ful charge. I have tried the soft reset trick too...but it's not working and the phone doesn't turn on.. What can i do now..?? Pls hlp mee..
