I can't update any of my apps!

I have a Nokia Lumia 925 and I updated my phone yesterday. My phone told me that with this new update, I also need to manually update all of my apps. So I tried "download all" and this message pops up: "enter Microsoft account password" and it gives me this username I've never even SEEN before that I can't change (decode@live.com). My mother runs my account and I asked her if she recognized it. She said no. I just wanted to update Here Transit so I could know how far one of my potential jobs was. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've had this phone for about a year now and I don't understand why it's doing this. I never had this problem before.

Have you tried checking email+accounts in Settings?
