    It would be great if users can be able to pay apps through carriers like aircel or airtel in India. Nokia had this approach in Ovi stores but why not the same in windows phone. What do you think guys.

    It really depends, my Lumia has the option for carrier billing, so I guess it depends on the carrier.

    I've used carrier billing for every app and game I've ever purchased on AT&T in the U.S. Been using it ever since I started using Windows Phone, on 4 different Nokia Lumias (a 920, two 1020s, and now my 1520)

    I meant in India there is no way to pay apps unless u use credit card.it could be better if Nokia could allow us to pay through our mobile balance.
