I received my most recent WP8.1 update (OS Version 8.10.14147.180) about 2 weeks ago, until this morning I have had no issues with it - I successfully took photos after the update no worries. Today (after a full day of sightseeing whilst on holidays no less!) I've discovered that the phone will not save any photos. I have tried Microsoft Camera App as well as the Nokia Pro App, both seem to function perfectly, they 'take' the photo, and then say 'saving'. Then nothing. No saved image in my camera roll, nothing uploaded to OneDrive. I have connected to a PC to try and find images hidden somewhere else with no luck. I have tried a camera reset and soft reset also with no luck. I'm on holiday so hesitant to try a hard reset, wondering if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue or can give me any advice?
