WIFI Squid Proxy

[WPCentral Question]

I have a Lumia 520 updated to the latest version 8.1 ( 8.10.12393.890 )

I cannot seem to connect to proxies with authentication! This is very problematic as I'm at work which has a corporate Squid Proxy and I can't connect to the internet!

Not yet, but I have seen some people also have problems, so I'm thinking that this might be a wp problem?

A month ago my company implemented a new proxy squid for our corporate WiFi. All iPhones and Androids are connecting and navigating flawlessly, their only hassle was to enter User/Password once.
Meanwhile all our WindowsPhones, including my personal Lumia920 with 8.1 (8.10.12393.890) are stuck on the same problem: they connect to the wifi but there's this message "No Connection To Internet"...and that's it. Even with all correct settings for the network.

I've tried soft and hard resets and all sorts of "solutions" found in the M$ forums...all to no avail.
