hi, i'm trying to update my windows phone Lumia 920, it shows its downloading then get the error message : the update couldn't be downloaded. (801881d0)... Please assist

This error is usually caused by a loss of your internet connection or a server side issue. Make sure you're connected to WiFi and try again. If it still persists, it may be server side. You should simply wait some time and try again.
