I am considering signing up for the dev account to get early updates as most people have done. My question is should I do it? Will I get the full update not too long after it's full release. For example, WP 8.1 started rolling out in dev preview in Q2 2014. It's nearly September and my 620 still hasn't got the update. Btw I upgraded to Lumia 630 so I do have WP 8.1 now. I want GDR1 for WP 8.1. I don't know when it'll get its full release but I'll obviously get it if I sign up for the dev account. Should I do it? Cause I heard people with the dev preview also received full 8.1 later.
