Cyan update availsbilty

I purchased my 1520 from UK (CV GBIE), setting are still as country origin apart from time zone and location.
Question: To get cyan update do i have to be in the UK? Is the update location oriented or firmware oriented?
Reason an asking, UK guys are receiving cyan even,those on DP but when I check under my settings i get nothing.

If you're running DP, you won't get Cyan yet as it's only been released for a few handsets/carriers.

Hopefully, the rollout will be accelerated to other handsets/carriers when the confidence level rises.

Thanks Aperture for quick response. My query is am not in UK but phone has UK firmware. Will that affect my getting cyan???

You should get the update based on the firmware variant, so you'll get it when the UK does. It's probably a good thing that you don't have it among the first few - that way you'll know that it'll work when you get it yourself - let someone else find any issues first.
