Error 80073CF6 when installing XBOX Music.

When I try to install new update of Xbox music on my wp8.1 update 1 device. I got above mention error when it comes on finalising. Please help.

Remove all the music from kids corner
Turn off kids corner
Unpin all the albums from the start screen
Then it should update.

That's not the solution. I wasted a lot of data on this and it still returns the same error.

You should try all ways except hard reset.

Not really because I was also facing the same error. But after some works I have succeed. Clean temporary files, delete internet data, remove all albums from kids corner, check date and time, clean cache, use cellular 3G data, sync account and soft reset. I guess it will work.. Ufff so long process but I am able now..

It worked for me now, I did a reboot after removing the albums

Try disabling kid's corner altogether (then do a reboot). Other than that I cant think of a solution, if this doesn't work then a complete reset would be your best bet

Tried but not work for me. And i am also not able to remove title from kid corner i think if songs title wil remove from start screen of kid corner than i will able to get this update.

Hmm serious problem. But ill suggest you that don't try hard reset.
