Lumia 1020 not recognized by PC

I am using Windows 7 x64 on PC
Lumia 1020, Cyan Update (yesterday)
Phone is not charging while USB connected
Phone not recognized by PC
Have tried every listed possible solution multiple times....when i switch off the phone while usb connected, it turns on automatecally but not charging and not recognized by PC

Help!!

Try using a different cable. You might be using a faulty one.

its been two months I am still unable to see my phone in PC, it only charge. I tried another PC another cable, also i formatted my PC, but cannot see my phone drive when i connect USB....

Do you have a lock password on? Try turning that off.
