Lumia 720 Cyan Update Microsoft Service Agreement

[WPCentral Question]

I decided to update my phone today and there was a Microsoft Service Agreement that appeared twice. I selected 'install' for the first agreement. A second agreement showed up and I was confused because it looked exactly the same as the first one. In a sleepy state, I selected 'postpone' for some stupid reason. Can anyone tell me what is the second agreement for?
