already open Game reloads when accessed through pressing back button

Hi,

I updated my Lumia 920 to Windows 8.1 on this weekend.
I am daily player of Subway Surfers and i usually play it by parts.
Like play it for 10-15 minutes then surfed some internet sites or did nothing, then accessed the game window again by pressing Back button for long which shows all open apps.
Before 8.1, the game always opened from where i left.
Now since 8.1, whenever i select Subway Surfer app from the opened app list, it always reloads the game destroying all the game i had played.
I reckon this is memory leak bug perhaps or something like that.... dont know but it really pisses me off

Any work around? Fix?

If I was to hazard a guess, the game needs to be updated to support Wp 8.1.
