I have an HTC One for windows, but for some odd reason, it is identified as an Icon. It is listed that way on the about screen and in both cars when connected via Bluetooth. Anyone have any idea why this is? Not a problem (at least that I noticed) just a curiosity.

I've seen this before. I don't remember exactly what caused it, I think it was related to the backup stored on OneDrive. It's the friendly device name, which you can change.
Anyways, connect your device to any computer running Windows 7 or 8, install the Windows Phone Sync tool and rename your device from there.

Its the name brought over. Your last phone was named Lumia Icon and it comes over with the backup.

My phone is currently named "tonraq", if i were to restore the backup on another phone, the name would come with the backup.

just plug it into a computer and rename it when it shows up in "Computer"
