    Since updating my phone cannot access the internet emails etc, giff gaff when checked has no faults or service issues. All was fine before the update now unable to use my phone, except for calls and texts, at all unless can connect to wireless. Has turned my phone useless. My husband has the galaxy s5 and everything all ok on his phone, daughter has iPhone, again, all ok, rest of my family with guff gaff, all no issues. So why since the update can I not use mobile data, extremely annoyed. Cannot get 4g in most of areas I use my phone, if that is relevant but did all work fine on 3g previously. Extremely annoyed!

    A hard reset fixes most of these issues after an update. You'll just have to set up your phone again. Make sure you do a back-up first then you'll have a current restore point.

    Hi tisso. Go to settings

    cellular + sim

    SIM SETTINGS
    giff gaff

    Highest connection speed



    Then you should get an option to select 4G

    You probably need to update access point or if it's up to date, go back and select your provider again. I had the same issue.
