Nokia Software Recovery tool for Lumia 920

Need help! I was on the developers preview and tried using Nokia Software Recovery tool 1.5 to roll back to version 8 to get the official Cyan update. I keep getting an error Could not read data from selected phone. I have tried uninstalling and re installing the software and even deleting all drivers, etc that were installed with it and starting from a fresh download from the Nokia site, and deleting the USB drivers for the device. Nothing works. Help!

Hey, I had this same problem. Someone suggested trying a different USB port on the computer, or even try another computer. I tried a different USB port and it suddenly worked like a champ. If this doesn't work, I don't know what else you could do. Good luck!
