Lumia 520 or 635

Debating on new phone, traded in an iPhone 3gs on amazon and got $55! I'm debating between the marked down lumia 520 or the 635. I've read a mix of reviews (520 is better than 635, 520 screen is apparently better plus able to use gloves, the 635 isn't worth the upgrade, but 635 is much better, larger screen, etc.) I'd like opinions on what I should get? If i get a 520 it is free because of my gift card, but if i decide 635 i have to dish out $50. Not too bad, but help!

I used to blow off the 635 in favor of the 52x, but now I'm more on the fence. I would have a harder time choosing having held a 635 in hand recently.

Reasons to get the 520:
Camera button (635 lacks one)
More compact
Sensors (proximity sensor, ambient light sensor - means no double-tap-to-wake and auto-brightness on the 63x)
smaller, sharper display (4") albeit lower quality (still usable)
hardware keys (subjective)
probably cheaper now

Reasons to get the 635:
Larger display, not as sharp, but higher quality (4.5")
Better performance (512 MB RAM is still a hurdle)
larger battery (although its possible the 520 performs better - I can't say)
virtual buttons (subjective)
LTE capability
Miracast support (?) and the minor extra or two
Gorilla Glass display glass

Big fan of the 635 here...
X9 points out advantages of both phones which are true.

When I hold the the 521 I have now it seems whimpy compared to the 635.
The Lumia 520\521's are very capable phones not to be dismissed.
